[Feature]: Luck Displays After Checking

Description

As amazing as the luck feature is with how forgetful I am, it unfortunately nullifies the need to check the TV unless a new recipe is on. To remedy this, would it be possible to implement a config where the luck icon is only displayed after checking the fortune teller each day? That way the TV isn't obsolete but the luck icon can still be useful as well.
