[Feature]: Compatibility with Lookup Anything mod for Birthday Icons

Description

Lookup anything lets you check NPC info (including gifts value). I thought it would be handy if I could just click on the birthday NPC icon to display same info.

I feel like these 2 mods offer similar kind of enchanced experience (visual clarity) so not only they complement each other nicely, they also probably share similar target audience.

Im not entirely sure if this is possible unless you change whats drawn on the UI. Lookup Anything has built in compatibility when in menus, but not when outside of a menu.

Also what this mod draws on the screen is not an actual NPC, but rather just some sprites. I think the only way to get something like this to function would be to draw the NPC on the screen or somehow put it under the cursor when hovering over the birthday icons... thats what Lookup Anything is going to look for. Im also not 100% sure on any of this though, so I could be wrong
