[Bug]: NPC Social Tracker does not match Map

Description

Issue

Two Issues

1. While on the Social Tab the Icon Tracker is sometimes locked for unlocked friends and vice versa

2. The NPCs tracked on the Social Page are not reflected on the Map page. (This is after all characters are unlocked)

Steps to Reproduce

1. First Navigate to the Social tab
2. Second Select or Unselect Track on Map. This is where I experience the first issue
3. Third Navigate to the Map tab

My Config: Mods installed

• Visible Fish Stardew Version 1.6 Smapi Version 4.01 UIInfoSuite2 Version 2.3.0
