[Feature]: Integrate item sell price (item hover information) with new Price Catalogue feature

Description

As of the 1.6 update, there is now a vanilla way to display item sell prices in the GUI (the 'Price Catalogue' from the Bookseller). It would make sense to me that with this change the item sell price option would be disabled by default. It might even be worth considering integrating the information panels of the mod into the vanilla panel. That would probably be quite the undertaking I imagine but it would certainly help prevent UI clutter.

I was considering it and asked in the discord a few days ago, most people said they liked having the feature available all the time, so I might try and inject it by default. I'm also considering trying to merge the item hover information panel with the other UI elements that are provided, like the community center display, shipping bin, and donation icon
