[Feature Request] Mod Source in Item Descriptions

Based on a recent post in the SMAPI Reddit, I believe there would be an interest in an option that shows what mod an item is from in the description menu that appears when hovering over an item in your inventory. I've included the image from that post which should offer an idea of what exactly I mean.
