in the web tutorial, section 3.8.5 Attributes, it looks like the '?' is no longer necessary in href='mep.php?'+[name=Name, email=Email, sex=Sex] The concatenation with a list of K=V pairs inserts a ?, producing two of them in the output (mep.php??name=...) above.
