can't download the models in google colab

Hello, I'm trying to use the example that you put on google colab however, I face an error as I try to download model files for the the models.the error says : Cannot retrieve the public link of the file. You may need to change the permission to 'Anyone with the link', or have had many accesses.

but even the lind doesn't works .
