Training detail for Smooth kernel

Thx for your awesome paper and code!

I am trying rewriting training code, however I have some question for my bad understanding QQ

  1. In "def generateSmooth"

    why temp_smooth with kernel and abskernel together? cuz in paper, there is no absolute for kernel

  2. My training result, kernel becomes zero and thus Lts become converging XDDD

    Is there any constraints for kernel in training?
