How I can use this tool with a .pb/.h5 model?

Excuse me, I want to use this tool to visualize my own trained vgg16 model. However, I only have a .pb and .h5 model instead of .npy or .cpkt. So How can I convert or change some parts of code to achieve my my goal? I would appreciate it if you can help me!
