GetRequest/PostRequest Tutorial Page Syntax Error

Hey, this is just a heads up that the syntax on https://github.com/AnkhHeart/Streamlabs-Chatbot-Python-Boilerplate/wiki/API-Requests is incorrect. All of the headers and content dictionaries are double wrapped in {} marks when it should only be one set.

Easy fix-- just wanted you to know c:
