Create Auth mechanism for web app

Need to create at minimum basic auth in case someone ever exposes the web app to the www.

It would be nice if we could somehow integrate with AnkerMake's auth for this, but I doubt this would be possible without a lot of "hinky" behind the scenes stuff.
