Intel GPU (PVC) support on Linux

Hi @Anjok07, Does UVR support Intel GPUs on Linux and especially do you support Intel PVC yet?

Since UVR uses Pytorch and this seems to be nailed to CUDA at the moment, only GPUs that have CUDA and are supported by the Pytorch library will work. AMD have dropped the approach to fully support CUDA meanwhile. Intel never tried to implement CUDA, they have their DPCPP and SYCL interfaces.

TL;DR: No luck with Intel GPUs and UVR, neither on Windows, MacOS or Linux - sorry!
