彻底删除的方法

我想彻底删除装的东西再装一遍，但是不知道要怎么操作。自己找貌似删的不干净，重新安装的时候失败

外站有时候种子添加后显示unregistered，但会有不断暂停继续的bug，当已经开始下载或者完成的种子出现unregistered或者timeout时此问题出现，删除或者手动暂停继续这些种子后，脚本恢复正常
