[feat]: custom scrollbar css
Allow users to write custom scrollbar css which will be stored in the browser's sync storage (so that it is replicated to other devices if the user has sync enabled). The CSS can either be customized from a popup or a page (say /settings) or both.
This issue is not assigned to anyone as of now. Let me know if you want to work on it

As it has been over a month, I am going to assign it to you. @qwe123coder has already made a pr #8 which did a part of this. He has also opened a draft pr #9 (with no activity for over a month) as well if you want it for reference. Happy contributing!!!
