Since we don't distribute via the Play Store, we need an in-app updater.
After scrolling down the episode list or tapping on the fab causes it to disappear. But when you try to scroll back up it'll never reappear.

Currently, visibility of player controls in portrait mode is lacking. Adding separate layout will solve that.
