ME 171 is missing, for this, you need to use HGU Firmware instead to simulate ONT-Router
Where I can find this firmware?
You may try to use the latest firmware - V3.3.4L6...
I have the same results of omcicli mib get 171 but it somehow works (Orange Slovakia):

The latest version fo me is V3.3.2L10. Some day I'll look to upgrade my LXT-010H-D. PS: You also have leox ONT LXT-010H-D?
Ah, I have the SFP - GPON Stick LEOX LXT-010S-H...
Perhaps take a peak here if you haven't do so already - https://github.com/Anime4000/RTL960x/blob/main/Docs/fakeO5.md
It's going to be trial and error, although in my case it was necessary to only setup GPON_SN to get O5 and working service as well...
On the other hand, I did play with other settings as I wanted to change as much stuff as possible to make the SFP look more like my original Huawei ONT.
But, there's lot of testing though - ME 131 reveals the OltVendorId: HWTC so I changed OMCC_VER to 136 (HWTC) but then it stopped working while still giving O5. When I switched back to default default 128 (ALCL), althought the OLT on ISP side is not Alcatel, it started working fine again...
Also setting OMCI_SW_VER1 and OMCI_SW_VER2 to value close to the origina ONT firmware version caused the CPU overload - it was still working but the CPU was hitting 99%. We figured out with Leox support that most likely the OLT is trying to upgrade the stick still thinking its the original Huawei modem. When I kept those values to Leox original (eg V3.3.4L6) I had no problems whatsoever...
So here's what I would do - setup the bare minimum you think you need for the connection and then work from that, one step at a time...
I didn't need HGU Firmware or anything else, was still ok with using the Leox provided FWs - they can also provide the "V" version (something with VEIP profiles), perhaps try that with them... Their support was pretty helpful...
Good luck and keep us posted :)
