ePON config V2801F

Hello! For the past two weeks, I've been unable to configure the ePON connection on the V2801F module. The native provider's ONU is the C-Data FD511G-E (listed in OMCICLI as EchoLife HG8010H GPON Terminal), and I have full access to the native ONU.

My network setup is Keneetic Peak + Vsol V2801F. The router isn't receiving an IP address from the provider, even though I can see that the ePON connection is active. Additionally, I'm concerned that the native ONU has the same MAC address on all interfaces, while the V2801F has different MAC addresses for the optical and wired interfaces.

If anyone has any thoughts on this, I would appreciate it.
