This pull request:

  • Adds .gitignore file
  • Updates A-SupperDrawing to Xcode 9.4.1 recommended project settings
  • Fixes all the Xcode Analyze issues with the A-SupperDrawing_Demo app
  • Fixes all the "misplacement" and other IB warnings for Main.storyboard while maintaining existing runtime appearance
  • Adds a suitable AppIcon and LaunchImage
  • No issues in Xcode 10
