Feature request: anchors in stacks

I would be very useful if it were possible to define anchors for stacks, same way you can do with flexbox in css with justify-content and align-items.

This can be very useful in many cases, and specifically when working in RTL languages like Arabic and Hebrew.

I can easily expand on and give examples of relevant use cases if needed.
