Too many errors

I'm using the app that uses the api, and no matter what (just 1 change to multiple changes) I do on my Anilist account it always give me error ! SLOW DOWN YOU'RE MAKING TOO MANY REQUESTS! And also it just says retry I've to restart the app multiple times to view a page, please update the api and fix this!
