Display issues (120GH Refresh rate, freezing or not going on after sleep)

Hi, Thanks for EFI settings. Every things look fine. But I can't see 120 GH refresh rate for display. Is it possible? Also I have an issue about sleeping after doing patches. when screen goes off, I can't make it on. something like freezing are happening.
