Make page title and description configurable

Right now to change the page title and description, you have to edit index.php (which can be problematic if you're trying to keep yourself updated with the git version)

Could it be possible to move these to a config file? And any other customizable item you might think of, as well :)

Actually this could be extended a little further, but I'm not sure of how to think about it.

Favicon/logo could be customizable as well.

I was thinking that a "Powered by AnimeOpenings" in the main menu somewhere could be nice to let people know which software a site like live.karaokes.moe uses.

Which brings me to the "hub" which I think could be renamed to "About AnimeOpenings". So people clicking this would get access to FAQ, donation (I just made one BTW) and other links.

I realize by visiting the "hub" part that this is clearly tailored to fit on openings.moe and not on someone else's site, hmmm...

I believe there should be a way for people to customize their instance of AnimeOpenings while still giving credit where it's due (because what you did is really great.)

I think this needs more discussion on what is configurable and what shouldn't be.

Being able to hide/show the "show only openings/only endings" button would be nice, as we can't use it on karaokes.moe (it fails to properly detect openings/endings due to our naming scheme)
