Requesting a compatability update between the Betweenlands mod and Dynamic Trees. I know it's not a big priority by any means, but thought it was worth posting here.

dynamic trees wouldnt work very well with weedwood or spirit trees, and is kind of unnecessary for rubber trees. that leaves two, so I'm not sure I see the point.
