Description of the problem

How to reproduce:

<Ring of dispersion can be used to get through certain blocks that are meant to be unbreakable, in this case Runestone fences from The Aurorian>

1. Build 2 high stack of blocks next to the fences
2. use the ring of dispersion to walk into the 2 high blocks while pressing up against the runestone fence
3. unshift

Expected result:

<it should replace you to where you can't phase through the blocks>

Actual result:

<you can move through the fence like it wasn't there>
