How to reproduce:

1. Run the game.
2. Enter or start in the Betweenlands.
3. Spend several hours trying to find a single mob and only finding approximately Literally Nothing

Expected result:

Mobs to appear on Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulties.

Actual result:

All difficulties result in no mobs spawned.

It's likely that Custom Mob Spawner is the issue here, it's been known to cause mob spawning problems in the past.
