Rain and Snow Particles Not rendering in the betweenlands (Bug/Suggestion for compatability)

After running a Quick Test, I have found that the mod Weather2 causes the particle rain that occurs in the bewteenlands (and the snow as well) to not show

this is most likely due to weather 2 causing such due to it repalcing the effects for its own

if you can make it so theres a work around to allow for the rain particles to exist with this mod again then It would be swell

TheBetweenlands-3.7.2-universal.jar CoroUtil Weather2

####Steps to Reproduce: should be self explanatory, just have the mods present, enter the Betweenlands and start a Heavy Rain event (snow event does the same thing)
