[suggestion] keep decay on death

hi! i was wondering if it's possible to add a config option to keep the current decay value on death/ to keep a min decay value on death, it would be really useful for tweaking a bit more the experience for modpack

Edit: also the option to keep the decay when you return to the betweenlands

would like to support this as well, the current decay system doesn't feel like much of a threat outside of hardcore mode

Considering decay cannot kill on it's own, there is no chance of a death loop. Sounds good to me!
