WBIResourceDistributor Part [enhancement]

Modul WBIConvertibleStorage and WBIResourceDistributor only work together right now. I wonder if WBIResourceDistributor can work with all tanks/resources of a vessel? Like a special Part that can be added to any vessel and opens up resource distribution for all resources.
