Hold AP time increasing even when locked
This is a very recent bug as far as I remember -
If your craft time to AP ever exceeds your set time to AP the actual Time to AP Start target starts increasing to match. For example, you're using SRBs which can't throttle down, so you go past your target time to AP. When you stage the Hold Time to AP stays at this new number. Previously if you exceeded your planned time to AP the engines would just throttle down until you dropped back down to your target number
