Improved "Circularize" maneuver node

The mod shall offer to enable auto-circularization with the following options:

• The mod shall create a maneuver node to circularize at apoapsis
• The mod shall offer to create a Kerbal Alarm Clock event at apoapsis
• The mod shall allow to pause the game 1 minute before apoapsis.
• The mod shall allow to pass execution of maneuver node to MechJeb
