assign layer height per layer in each operation independently

There is an issue if you have sparse CAM. This can cause CAM operations to be delayed more than expected and then the tool will not be able to reach the bit it needs to cut.

Temporary solution:

  • Ensure there are no big layer gaps between CAM operations.
