我的这个说法确实也不严谨 准确来说 就是牛肉绦虫无法以囊尾蚴的方式感染人类 只能说成虫 然而 你都能看到成虫了 干嘛还吃呢 所以临床当中的牛肉绦虫感染率基本都忽略不计了 基本只能看到猪肉绦虫
