vs_buildTools still waitin for the log file (1 day)

I have opened the PowerShell that Tutorial said, and When the PÃthon is isntalled, the PSH is Waitin for the vs_build_tools log file
for hours and days!

i tried many times, same Python installed, the build tools not
Please comment actual versions also instead latest. You may not have used latest so please check. Update your software also.

I tried uninstalling my Node version 16, Downloaded version 13 and everything installed fine, then upgraded it back to 16. Worked for me!
