I've tested out the dashboard and also the official atlanta dashboard, and it seem to like that the config you have on Atlanta Dashboard is also not working

Welcome, Goodbye and Autorole is not working, even when image is off etc.

And I don't know how Automod Sanctions work

They work, maybe the bot doesn't have permissions in those channels. Or you didn't set the bot up properly. You have to go in and enable something for the bot if i remember correctly in order to do welcome/goodbye commands.

Sactions are like a warning. If you get 5 sanctions/warnings you get kicked. Banned after 10 or however you want it.
