Play/Music Features Request/Update

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Maybe give role @Dj and admin option to skip without calling a vote. That just skips. If you have people who are afk in the lobby it makes skipping pretty hard. Be nice to assign a DJ.

Describe the solution you'd like Be nice to assign a DJ or let admin/mod/staff. Members with move_members command maybe.

Describe alternatives you've considered Moving the bot to another channel and vote skip by myself then moving it back. (must have permission to move bot)

Additional context

Would like to see these additions: *shuffle (shuffles the playlist/queue) *clear (clears queue/playlist) *seek (sets the playing position to a different position) *move (move a track to a different position *move [track numer], [new position] *song [song] display info about a song

Dj role have more control rather than the lobby. Maybe *djskip *djpause or just check in current options if has dj role.

I'd also like to define -play commands to a certain channel. Where music bot only works in #music channel when you type commands. So it doesn't clutter other areas with the spamming.

Optional to set music commands to certain channel. Like how welcome message is setup or something.

(I'm mainly putting this here to possibly add these features in the future, just thought of these ideas so figure I'd post here, this was quickly written I will format better later.)
