issue accessing VNC from lan

After installing arch xfce on my device, I can access VNC from the phone itself at this address localhost:1, but not yet from another machine in my local network. I use the following connection settings in VNC Viewer: 192.168.43.36:1 from a windows machine connected to the same network. As a side note I have no issue sshing my phone using termux openssh server...
