Feature description

An option in app settings to disable caret/cursor blinking in text edit view. This feature is provided by another FOSS app, Acode.

Use Case

This would be an accessibility feature to those who are sensitive to repetitive screen blinking.

Benefits

It would allow users to use AndroidIDE with less visual stress.
