[Feature]: Option to disable IDE Logs

Feature description

Add the option to disable the IDE Logs because it eats memory when there's a lot of logs, and it maybe adds a little bit of latency to execution when classes are logging to it

What version of AndroidIDE you're using?

v2.5.3 (debug builds)

it is already added in latest debug version, just wait until next release if you want to use the release version.

what i mean is not the app logs, the ide logs itself
