buying the VIP subscription doesn't give me access to the VIP features, status doesn't change for some reason can you please fix. Thanks

Same, i wanted to renew because it expired when I paid for VIP 3 months before it stopped working. Now that it works, I paid and it doesn't update the VIP status. I've already logged out and logged in again, but it doesn't update. Thanks.
