Yes, you can't remove, but you can uninstall all updates. Then update again.

For me Fermata app is working on andorid14 and OneUI6, I mean I can launch it in Android Auto but you can't run YouTube, IPTV and if you play video from phone, you can hear only sound video not working.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra + Peugeot 2008 and not work.... I try Unnistall Android Auto updates and install again but no luck...anyone have a workaround or solution ....thanks
Still the same situation for me, FA is not working with OneUi 6 (S23U), tried Kingsinstaller, different AA versions and FA versions too. No success so far.

I think the solution its for now downgrade for Android 13 until fermata release a new version with Android 14 Supported

That is related with Android14 i.e. new version of Android auto ? Basically apps are there, audio works, we just need find way to show video right ? :)

Not only Android 14. That's why we use King Installer and other similar tools as a workaround. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in the new version.
All the standard AA media apps do not have any UI, they act as a media service. The UI you see on display is the standard AA media player, that does not support video.

So, basically we need to push King installer guys to help us? :)
Alternatively, it would be best to buy a carplay box so that you can watch iptv netflix etc... anyone recommend a box?

In AA the media apps do not have any UI. Fermata Auto is not a standard AA media app.
I bought a AAwireless device last week and just recieved it today. Fermata Auto is back to working again on my S21 Ultra after it got killed following the update to Android 14/One UI 6. Just need to turn on developer mode in the AAwireless options to get it back.
I'm happy with the wireless connectivity aside from Fermata Auto since my car doesn't naturally support wireless Android Auto, so I'm pretty happy with the solution of buying the AAwireless device.

I am new here. As stated above Fermata Auto was working fine with A14 and Fermata Auto 1.9.5 on a Samsung ZFold5. I updated FA to 1.9 and now doesnt show up in AA. Other than purchasing the AAwireless device there is no other fix?

Fermata Auto 1.9.6 not even showing anymore on the Android Auto app. Android 14, Samsung Galaxy S21 OneUI 6. Android Auto is on developer mode but Fermata Auto stopped showing. Removed it, cleared cache, re installed it. Nothing
