[BUG] Seelie import isn't finding Mora, Character XP, and Weapon XP items
NOTE Please describe on each question as much as you can. This will speeds up our bug fixing process.
What happened? What is seems to be a bug?
Importing the exported JSON file isn't updating my Mora, Character XP, and Weapon XP item count on Seelie.me.
How to reproduce this issue
Do a scan of your inventory using the Inventory Kamera version 1.2.6, and import it into Seelie.Me.
What seems to cause this issue?
I'm honestly not sure, I looked through the attached debug log and log files, and the correct Mora value is listed in the debug log. I also haven't been able to locate the internal name used to reference the character XP books and weapon enhancement ores.
Expected behavior
Expected behaviour is, and was in a previous version, that the import to Seelie would contain Mora, Character and Weapon XP items.

- Genshin Impact Version : 2.7

- Screen resolution(s) affected : 1600 x 900 (1920 x 1080 is fullscreen for me)
Checklist before sending issue
Instruction: Check the tickbox by replacing [ ] with [x] (in editor) or tick it after leaving the Text Editor:
- [x] I have checked Issue page and there is none that is related to mine.
- [x] I am using the latest version of Inventory Kamera or/and have clicked Update Lookup Tables to update the database.
- [x] I have filled in "Info about your device" section.
- [x] I have correctly set my character and inventory keys in Inventory Kamera
- [x] I do NOT have any image filtering softwares enabled for Genshin (HDR, Image Sharpening, etc.)
Additional checklist for Scanning issues
- [x] I tried setting the delay to maximum and still experiencing issues.
- [x] I have attached media and log files that Inventory Kamera generates.
Weapon enhancement ores aren't currently scanned because of how they're kept in the weapons inventory tab. I can take some time to maybe figure something out for that but for now it'll remain unsupported.
Character XP books aren't explicitly handled in the code. They're handled like a regular material and their item names should be in the inventorylists\devmaterials.json
and inventorylists\allmaterials.json
files. Please make sure you see entries similar to this under the materials section of your export data.
If you do see these and they aren't imported into Seelie then it is an issue with the website and not Kamera.
As for the Mora, I do see it in your log which tells me it at least got scanned. If you can, please make sure you at least see an entry for Mora (as above) in your export data. However, I tried uploading my own data to Seelie.me's inventory importer that I know has Mora in it and it doesn't update as you describe. Again, this is likely an issue with Seelie.
I am using Inventory Kamera Version 1.3.2 and am also using seelie and importing both Mora and HerosWit and the other XP books work without problems. As for the weapon XP: Are the Enhancement Ores meant? If yes, then I have the problem that Inventory Kamera does not scan them at all as they are listed on the Weapons Tab. The scan directly stops before them. Changing the Minimum Weapon Rarity to 1 does not help either. It still stops at the last 1 Star Weapon and ignores the Enhancement Ores completely. So that is probably the problem why the Weapon XP Items are missing.
Hi there. As of right now this is intended behavior specifically regarding enhancement ores.
This may be revisited due to filtering options being introduced that make scanning less reliant on the weapon count in the top right of the inventory. I believe this behavior had been decided back before material scanning had been introduced so there was no logic in place for scanning enhancement ores so it was just pushed aside. It may take some time to figure out a good approach to implement these materials because HoYo decided to put materials in the weapons inventory (same can be said about the enhancement materials for artifacts but those are not as relevant to scan).
Thank you for the reply. Good that atleast you (the developers) are thinking about solutions. Your Tool is a great help and adding the Enhancement Ores manually is better than adding everything manually. And the other scanners only scan the artifacts and no materials / characters, so your tool is a really appreciated addition.
