Separate the parse and runtime parts

It would be nice if we had parser and reflection classes separated so that reflection classes do not "parse themselves". They would act as simple containers of metadata that would be kept inside the Broker and gathered by the Parser. Performance of such solution is the question, of course.

OK, reopening. It should not be significantly slower and it should be way easier to maintain.
