Fused Imaging with Registration

This repository is great, it is really helpful for processing our pinnacle data! I am wondering if there is a way to extract the MRI that was fused to the CT imaging in Pinnacle? We are working with Pinnacle data that has MRI that was manually registered to CT imaging within Pinnacle so that contours could be defined with reference to both the CT and MRI. We would like to both extract the imaging and the transform that aligns the MRI to the CT.

We would appreciate suggestions on how to implement this. Our group would be happy to contribute this functionality to this project.
