Create script that serves as KAPE-EZToolsAncillaryUpdater.ps1, but meant for KAPE only

Script would do the same as KAPE-EZToolsAncillaryUpdater but would do everything except for update KAPE, since KAPE will be in use while running a Module that'll call upon this script to update the EZ Tool binaries AND the ancillary files.
