package does not build with latest GHC and stack LTS

Package does not build past LTS-10.10. It would be nice to be able to build on GHC 8.6.

I did stack build and It compiled. Did you tried simply stack build?

It builds with the old package set specified in the Stack file; it does not build with newer Stack package sets.

This repo is deprecated and very out of date. The most current version of this library is at https://github.com/dimitri-xyz/coinbase-pro-exchange.
