Tabs are moving to random places it appears

Sometimes when opening new tabs, the tab randomly moves it's spot in the window...

Just noticed on the latest developer build of chrome (29.0.1535.3 dev-m), if I close a tab that's nested in a tree directly from chrome it appears as hibernated in Sidewise.
