Add requested support for color themes

Enables Bootswatch Themes and allows CSS overrides via a custom file.

• Added bootstrap_theme setting to allow selection of a Bootswatch theme. Default theme set to Flashpaper.
• Added custom_css setting to enable/disable the usage of a custom.css file for overriding any included CSS.

This PR should resolve #58
