Question in regard to settings after calibration

Hey just calibrated my prusa, and there were some width and top layer settings that were changed, as well as timing for the extrusion, and maybe some things that I don't remember, anyway, I was wondering if I was supposed to keep those settings for all of my prints, or if they were exclusive to getting the right prints for calibration, and to revert them back to regular (except for the one we were calibrating.)

I reset everything except for calibrated settings to defaults and everything printer better, for my prusa mini.
