USB can't print debug log

Thank you shared this impressive project. I had finished the new schematic and PCB from your schematic. Attatch the schematic and PCB( kicad ), but when plug the usb, it can't found the new device from Device management(Win 10),How to solove this issue. Thanks! GPSDO_V10.pdf
