[5.3.4] Goblin Mason's Shop uses the wrong frame for incomplete construction

Noticed that the goblin Mason's Shop looks odd when under construction, and checking the sprite sheet, this seems like the working frame, not the under construction one: screen02

Thank you for the heads up! You are absolutely right, the Goblin Mason's Shop is using the wrong frame for construction, and its "active" frame is currently unused.
